Your gateway to the Deep. Mail&Techno is the official surface-side postal service, technology consultancy, and consulate of the FFC — a vast subterranean civilization stretching from the seafloor nearly to the mantle. We connect two worlds.
Our Services Learn MoreMail&Techno is the official surface-side branch of the FFC (Fintastic Offish.Carp) — operating as a postal service, technology consultancy, and consulate all under one roof. Think of us as the FFC's front desk to the surface world.
The FFC is home to a diverse population of humanoid fish, spanning from prehistoric species to modern-day residents — all living together in a civilization deep beneath the surface. Mail&Techno handles everything from parcels and patents to passports and policy.
Whether you're a surface resident needing to connect with the Deep, or an FFC citizen navigating life up top — we are your official point of contact.

Mail&Techno operates across three core functions: postal services, technology consultancy, and consular affairs. All under one roof, all staffed by personnel trained in both surface and sublinear customs.
Our core function — handling all correspondence, parcels, and packages between the surface world and the FFC. Letters, packages, and classified state documents delivered through our pressurized courier network.
The FFC runs on technology developed under extreme pressure — literally. Our tech division adapts, translates, and integrates sublinear systems with surface standards. Equipment, software, infrastructure.
Visas, travel permits, residency documents, and certified translations. Official diplomatic liaison work between the FFC and surface governments, organizations, and institutions.
Exhibitions, public programs, and events showcasing the rich and layered history of the FFC — from the ancient Cambrian era to the present day.
Supporting FFC citizens on the surface — emergency contacts, legal referrals, welfare check-ins, and orientation for those newly arrived from the Deep.
Coordinating travel to and from the FFC via approved entry points — certified train stations, designated airports, and the Super-Elevator network. Clearance processing handled here.
The FFC — short for Fintastic Offish.Carp — doesn't look like a country at first glance, and that's intentional. It started as a megacorporation. It grew so large, and its territory so vast, that it simply became a country. The FFC prefers the corporate label. The borders disagree.
The FFC is situated along the Sublinear Cambrian Evolution Ridge (SCER) — a geological phenomenon deep underground where creatures evolve slowly, then rapidly, into sapient forms. The SCER is extraordinarily stable: its ecosystem has persisted for millions of years largely intact, meaning species that went extinct elsewhere never did here. Prehistoric and modern humanoid fish live side by side.
The surface of the FFC is not the ocean floor — it's underground. Entry points exist via specialized train stations, select airports, and the crown jewel of FFC infrastructure: the Super-Elevator, a pressurized descent system that connects the surface world directly to FFC territory far below.
Some services are restricted to FFC citizens or registered surface liaisons. Review the services list before visiting to confirm what you need and whether an appointment is required.
Consular and tech services require prior booking. Walk-ins are welcome for postal drop-offs and general enquiries during open hours.
Surface or FFC-issued identification both accepted. If you're applying for Deep Access Clearance, additional documentation is required — see the Access Coordination page.
Entry to FFC territory is via approved routes only — certified train stations, designated airports, and the Super-Elevator network. Clearance must be processed at Mail&Techno before travel.
Our surface location is open to the public during standard consular hours. Staff Only areas are restricted to certified FFC personnel.
